Supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge.
We are looking for patient and committed individuals that can work with the above clients in Newham, Southwark, Bromley, Mitchem, Croydon, Sutton.
Some of the work will be building based and some of the work will be in the community, leisure based and supporting with different activities.
You will be required to either work 1:1 2:1 or as part of a small group up to 4 clients.
You will need to be creative, resourceful and have excellent communication and written skills.
We support individuals with complex behavioural needs including individuals diagnosed with autism and learning disability. We provide support in service user homes, local community, and educational placement as appropriate.
You should be available to work minimum 3 days a week and should also be available to attend the initial induction training during the day.

Behaviour Support Therapist.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term, Temporary, Zero hours
Contract length: 1 month
Part-time hours: 20 per week; Full Time Hours 35 per week.
Salary: Part Time £10.50-£13.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Salary for full-time staff from £22,425 – £26,350 based on 35 hours per week – overtime hours available. (Based on Experience)

Education:
- Five GCSE’s or equivalent
- Care Certificate
- NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care
- Good spoken and written English language skills
- Good communication skills, capacity to respond in a timely fashion to calls, emails and messages.
Experience:
- 6 Month of applied experience working with individuals with special needs.
Driving Skill:
- Motorcycle or CAR Driving skill will be prioritised
Language Skill:
Multilingual skill will be prioritised.
